Vacuum Extraction: Place the modified atmosphere box filled with items into the packaging equipment. First, start the vacuum pump to extract the air inside the box, reducing the air pressure inside the box and decreasing the content of gases such as oxygen that are not conducive to the preservation of items. For example, when packaging fresh meat, vacuum extraction can quickly reduce the initial oxygen content and inhibit the growth of aerobic microorganisms.
Gas Filling: According to the characteristics of the items to be packaged, precisely mix gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide in the gas mixer. For the preservation of fresh fruits, a higher proportion of carbon dioxide and an appropriate amount of oxygen may be required; while for fresh meat, a specific proportion of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen is combined to maintain the color and inhibit microorganisms. The mixed gas is filled into the vacuum - extracted modified atmosphere box.
Sealing: After filling the gas, use heat - sealing or other sealing methods to seal the modified atmosphere box to prevent gas leakage and the entry of outside air, maintaining a stable modified atmosphere environment inside the box.
